Francis Mossé, Object Discovery Corporation founder and President, has repeatedly demonstrated expertise in consulting and teaching Object-oriented disciplines. He focuses on OOAD & UML, OOBPM, OOBPR, OO Patterns for analysis and design, then C++, C#, J2EE and J2SE for implementation.
This expertise has included the authoring and teaching of Object Discovery courses to over 80 different companies. Most of these teaching projects include OO analysis and design of a real corporate problem from the client company. His degrees include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Computer Science as well as many credentials in Business Process Modeling / Reengineering.

Peter Just has been associated with Object Discovery Corporation since the beginning. He brings over 13 years of professional experience in designing and developing software systems in the telecommunication industry, human resource applications, computer graphics and systems programming.
Peter also was used to be Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at M.U.M. developing and teaching advanced graduate courses in the areas of Object Oriented Programming, Distributed Computing and Database Management Systems. He now works full time for Object Discovery.
