Object-Oriented Business Process Reengineering Training
(Next Public Class training: )
In 5 days, we will train you to analyze any business process using Object-Oriented methodologies and then model the best new solution for it or radically improve the existing one.
You will learn the proper way of using Object Technologies (OT) with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to greatly simplify the whole Business Process Reengineering (BPR) analysis, design, and implementation. Upon completing this course, you will know how to use OT and the UML in such a way that business concepts, their relationships and dynamics are easily and quickly analyzed and systematically modeled according to the most powerful BPR principles. This is Object-Oriented Business Process Reengineering (OOBPR) -- as opposed to just BPR.
With our OOBPR training, you can expect to greatly reduce the whole BPR analysis effort while still reaching all the traditional BPR objectives.
