founded this company in 1995 as he already had about 17 years of development experience in hardware, software and business process modeling. Since then,
he has trained, mentored and worked with professionals from all avenues in both small and large organizations.
Francis blends his training and consulting skills to lead entire groups through successful object oriented analysis, object oriented design and programming projects. His areas of expertise are: Project and Team Management, OOAD, UML, OOBPM, OOBPR, OO Patterns for analysis and design, then Java, JDBC, EJB, C++ and XML for implementation.
Francis has exercised his technical leadership and consulting skills with many organizations, including IBM, Corporate Education Resources, Arthur Andersen, Vital Images, HRSoft, CNA, Summit Benefit & Actuarial Services, Retek, the IRS, Allstate Insurance and the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department.
Moreover, he has authored and taught the entire series of Object Discovery to over 60 different companies. Most of these teaching projects include OO analysis and design of a real corporate problem from the client .
Francis holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Computer Science
as well as many credentials in Business Process Modeling / Reengineering.
